US Conference FAQs

When and where is RevOpsAF 2025 happening?

RevOpsAF USA will be held May 6-8, 2025 in New Orleans, Louisiana. The event will be hosted at the Sheraton New Orleans and you can book your room using our discounted rate by clicking here.

The hotel discount/block will close on Friday, April 11, 2025.

The closest airport is 15 minutes from the Sheraton.

Can I be a speaker?

We get a lot of submissions, so the key is to apply early with a thoughtful description of your topic. We can't guarantee a spot, but will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible. Submit your entry here.

Can I be a sponsor?

We have a lot of packages to choose from and are very flexible for partners who want to get a little creative with their branding. Contact us to apply.

What kind of stuff will I learn?

We will have tracks for people looking to learn more about leadership and skills specific to sales, marketing, and customer success operations. We will also do our best to get detailed use cases and how-to content folded into our conference. 

Our theme this year is “The Future of RevOps” and we’ll be leaning heavily into customer experience operations to keep in line with current market trends that emphasize NRR or renewal and expansion.

How much is a ticket?

It depends on when you purchase your ticket! Here’s our schedule:

  • Earliest Bird: $699 from 09/16/24 - 11/10/24
  • Early Bird: $899 from 11/11/24 - 01/19/25
  • General Admission:- $1,199 from 01/20/25 - 03/16/25
  • Last Chance: $1,499 from 03/17/25 - 05/06/25

Speakers and sponsors will receive special instructions and pricing. Note that tickets do not include travel expenses or hotel accommodations.

What’s included with my ticket?

Your ticket – whether you’re an attendee, speaker, or sponsor – will include access to:

  • May 6; 5 PM - 7 PM Welcome Reception & Badge Pickup
  • May 7; 8 AM - 10 PM: Sessions and the AF/ter Party
  • May 8; 8 AM - 7 PM: Morning Sessions, Afternoon Offsite Experience, and Closing Reception

If you can see it on a schedule, it’s part of your ticket unless clearly noted otherwise. Note that your ticket does not cover travel or hotel costs

What is an offsite experience?

At every RevOpsAF USA conference, we offer attendees an opportunity to bond with peers and get to know the host city better. It’s a great way to solidify connections and take a brain break after all that learning.

The options for New Orleans are:

  • A scavenger hunt in the French Quarter
  • A cooking demo
  • A tour of Mardi Gras world and a float building exercise

Attendees can select which experience they prefer when they register.

What if I need accommodations?

What if I need to cancel?

Unfortunately, there are no refunds available after purchase. Tickets can be transferred to another attendee with pre-approval of the RevOps AF team. Email community@revopscoop.com for assistance.

What’s the dress code?

Think West Coast B2B SaaS. Relaxed. If you wear a suit, you'll stick out because most of us will be in jeans, t-shirts, and zip up hoodies. But if you want to dress up, you can. All we ask is that you keep it work appropriate. No bare feet, bizarre or offensive graphics, political swag, etc.

When and where are these events happening?

So far, we have an event locked in San Francisco on August 22, 2024, Chicago on October 10, 2024, New York on October 17, 2024, and Austin on November 14, 2024. We are open to additional cities if you're interested in being a sponsor.

Can I be a speaker?

These think tanks are meant to be collective brainstorming sessions. Our goal is to better define the future of RevOps. We aren't featuring an individual speaker.

Can I be a sponsor?

All sessions are spoken for, although we recommend inquiring at community@revopscoop.com if you'd like to suggest an additional city to feature.

What kind of stuff will I learn?

Our focus will be collecting information on the hurdles RevOps executives face today, why there isn't a current path for RevOps to the C-Suite, and what we think will change that in the future.

What if I need accommodations?

What if I need to cancel?

This is not a gated or paid entry. Attendees are admitted at no cost. Please let us know by rejecting the calendar invite and emailing community@revopscoop.com.

What’s included with registration?

You'll partake in a 90-minute brain storming session and then have the option to stay on site to network during happy hour.

Is there acceptance criteria?

Yes. Applicants must have a minimum of five years of experience in an operations discipline.

Do you do stuff besides in person events?

Yes! We have a podcast (RevOpsAF The Podcast) and we also host a community for revenue operations professionals with more than 13,000 members. You can join us at revopscoop.com.
